With us you have the right to change your mind. Exclusively for DECATHLON card holders, we allow up to 365 days to return purchased items with no return shipping fees.
If you have bought a product on our website and you are not 100% satisfied with it, you can ask for an exchange or a refund:
1. Unwanted goods: unused and in their original packaging
When returning unwanted goods you can choose to be refunded or to exchange. Please note we do not exchange or refund perishable goods such as food or drinks, personalized items and personal safety equipment.
2. If the product in use is not satisfactory for the intended sport practice
Please note that we will not accept:
- products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose or not properly maintained
- products used outside of their intended means
- products subject to normal wear and tear
- perishable goods such as food and drink; gas canisters; personalized items; personal safety equipment.
Based on our assessment (condition of the product and length/frequency of use), our DECATHLON Customer service team retains the right to accept or refuse the return, and in the case of a return, will choose the adapted solution for you (repair, exchange or full refund).
You can either return your unwanted item to the nearest DECATHLON store or send them back to DECATHLON.LT:
* Exchange through store credit: You can return your items to get a store credit that can be used to order an exchange or a completely new product. That means we will credit your DECATHLON account with the amount corresponding to the item(s) you have returned. You will be able to use that store credit for your next purchase.
* Refund: You can return your items to get a refund. Please contact Customer service team by email (pagalba@decathlon.com) to agree the pick-up date of the unwanted product. Once the item is returned to us, it will then be inspected by our team, and you will be refunded. Depending on the method of payment, money will be back on your account within 14 days.
Here are the steps to follow for your returned item:
- Log in to your account.
- Select your order and click on "Return"
- Fill in the information about your return and submit your request. To add more than one item to your return, click the ADD ITEMbutton.
- Further, Customer service team need to be contacted by email: pagalba@decathlon.lt . Please indicate the return number in your request.
- After reviewing your request, we will send you a confirmation email and inform the carrier to pick up the items at your address.
- Before preparing the parcel for shipping, print the return form with return number and enclose it into your parcel. You are kindly asked to pack the product carefully and enclose the return number(s) printed from the Website.
- Our logistics partner will contact you directly regarding the pick-up time.
- The product will be sent to our warehouse (postage fees will be on DECATHLON.LT charge).
- The product is checked by our quality team at the warehouse in 48 hours upon its reception.
- You will be notified by email about a refund or a store credit for the returned goods.

Only full products with a return number shall be accepted. Otherwise, the return shall be considered inappropriate and DECATHLON.LT shall not make the payment (shall not return the price).
